FB08G solid lubricated bearing is a novel sliding bearing made of JF-800 bimetallic material as the matrix and then buried with special solid lubricant. Due to the high-strength bearing alloy material as the matrix, the ideal and strictly selected polymer filling material as a wear agent, a reasonable spiral angle diamond-shaped block uniform distribution of the lubrication surface, lubrication area of up to 25%, therefore, can play excellent low friction performance, good lubricity and wear resistance. Products are suitable for automobile starter motors, generators, lifts, cranes and metallurgical machinery and other industries.
